If you have medical insurance coverage, we will verify your benefits for this surgery with your insurance company. If you don't have insurance, we offer a discounted cash price. We also have financing options available.

All insurance companies have the following universal requirements: a BMI greater than 40 kg/m2 or BMI greater than 35 kg/m2 and co-existence of serious medical problems including type 2 diabetes, hypertension, sleep apnea or coronary disease.
